Location: Near to 528 Kingsland Road, London E8 4AH Accident Date: 04/01/2018 We should be grateful if you could provide a copy of your inspection records and section 81 notices to Virgin Media for Kingsland Road, London – particularly near to number from 04/01/2017 until 31/01/2018. We are dealing with a personal injury claim made against Virgin Media by a member of the public who alleges they suffered injury as a result of striking a road defect whilst cycling. Hackney Council have indicated that this particular part of the Road is maintained by Transport for London.
