I've had every car I've owned vandalised whilst working as a pco driver. I've also watched a pco driver die on the A4 during the Olympics in 2012. I'd also like to know who bought these vandalised cars after they were sold and if they were hired out as pco cars.

Thank you for your request received on 26 July 2021asking for information about the vandalism of private hire vehicles.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
We do not hold the information you have requested. Vehicle owners are not required to tell us if their vehicle has been vandalised and we have no mechanism by which we keep track of people who have bought previously licensed vehicles.
