journeys from Ilford to wood Green

You asked

Yours is a large sophisticated and well resourced organisation and I find it very strange that you persist in a system that clearly is not customer friendly. Can you tell me what options were considered prior to the pink reader system and what systems or changes have been considered since? I am now making a freedom of information act request: How many journeys have been made from ilford to Wood Green on a monday-Friday when the £2.40 fare was charged and the £3.90 fare was charged. What was the average time between touching in at ilford and out at Wood Green.
