Please can you supply me with the following information for all TFL Private Hire & Taxi registered vehicles at at 1st July 2022:
> Registration number (VRM)
> Vehicle DVLA First/Initial Registration Date
> Vehicle Make
> Vehicle Model
> Vehicle License Start Date
> Vehicle License End Date
> Whether the vehicle is registered for the "Cleaner Vehicle Discount"
It is important to get the date as close to possible to 1st July.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 1 July 2022 asking for information regarding licensed taxi and private hire vehicles.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
The information you have requested is contained within the attached spreadsheets. All vehicles are licensed in London by Transport for London.
However, please note that taxi and private hire vehicles are licensed on an annual basis and where there is a period of relicensing some data in the vehicle records are overwritten to reflect the new licence. Therefore, the information provided in the accompanying attachment is a snapshot of all licensed taxi and private hire vehicles as of 21 June 2022.
