Follow up from - Please provide the following reports as per inspections listed in the TfL Excel you sent me, with Excel Row Number and Maximo Work IDs as follows: 2 entries marked in Col V as "TR-N001" and in Col AV as "Zone Maintenance Manager Patrol Route Inspection (Nights)" being the records in Excel Rows 559 and 560 with Maximo IDs 84876988 and 84876989 2 entries marked in Col V as "TR-NPMIN" and marked in Col AV as "PM3 Inspection Nights" being the records in Excel Rows 591 and 592 with Maximo Work IDs 85188627 and 85188629 6 entries entries marked in Col V as "TR-NPMIN" and marked in Col AV as "Inspection Supervisor PM3 Level 1 Check Nights" being the records in Excel Rows 257,258, 355,356, 385, 386 with Maximo Work IDs : 83164837 83164839 83870309 83870311 83962614 83962616 SubTotal 10 Items. Only if time permits after processing the above, then I would further be grateful to see one early dated example of a Cab Ride Inspection e.g. from Q1 2022 and another one being the most recent Cab Ride inspection readily available, so as to form a bracket of inspection/results. NB These are marked in the excel sheet you sent me as "TR-NPMID" in Column V , not as "TR-MPIND" which was mentioned in the email guidance you sent me. SubTotal 2 items Which is way less than the hundreds possible: I am grateful for the opportunity to be selective. I hope you can agree, merely 10 or 12 out of 600 plus is a very small and much more reasonable number than the total.

We did use the Maximo work order to identify and extract the documents (an excel row number has no bearing on records within the asset management system).

Only if time permits after processing the above, then I would further be grateful to see one early dated example of a Cab Ride Inspection e.g. from Q1 2022 and another one being the most recent Cab Ride inspection readily available, so as to form a bracket of inspection/results. NB These are marked in the excel sheet you sent me as "TR-NPMID" in Column V , not as "TR-MPIND" which was mentioned in the email guidance you sent me.

Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under Data Protection legislation all personal data has been removed, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’. This exemption to the right of access to information is an absolute exemption and not subject to an assessment of whether the public interest favours use of the exemption.
