You asked
I would like to request a CD copy of the audio announcements that are in use on the Class 345 Crossrail/Elizabeth line trains - currently being introduced on TfL Rail services.

We answered

Thank you for your email received by us on 28 June 2017 asking for a copy of audio announcements currently being introduced on TfL Rail services.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested as TfL Rail announcements used on the services that we took over from Abellio Greater Anglia on 31 May 2015, which will later turn into the Elizabeth line network, are not held as audio files by or on behalf of TfL. The data is held on a server by Abellio Greater Anglia and is accessed by the rolling stock running on the network. Therefore the information requested is not held by or on behalf of TfL.
