Request ID: FOI-0750-1718
Date published: 20 September 2017
You asked
The request is in relation to the making of a Compromise Agreement between The Greater London Authority and Brewster Waste Management Ltd through proceedings that were heard in The Upper Lands Tribunal (Land Chamber) under Claims No: ACQ/125/2011,ACQ/139/2011,ACQ/140/2011and ACQ/142/2011
Please send me the following,
All expert reports and legal submissions prepared and submitted in preparation for the hearing in the case in the Upper Chamber(Land Division)
This should include the first expert reports from each of the surveyors (valuers) and accountants on each side and then rebuttal reports-with possibly supplementary reports as well.It is my understanding that there were two surveyors instructed to act where it concerned Brewsters and furthermore I should be provided with the statements submitted by both Brewsters and maybe Mrs Brewster as she became involved in the process that has been undertaken with you.
Secondly, there was no decision made other than maybe a Consent Order recognising the agreement and accordingly I seek and request a copy of the same.
For the avoidance of doubt, over and above that referred to above,I would require the following
1, Decision following evidence relied upon by both parties through Compromise Agreement
I would like questions to the above information to be provided to me electronically.
