Proposal to close Grove Road London E9 whereit passes through Victoria Park E9 to all but Buses, taxis and cycles between the hours of 7am to 7pm.
all the information you hold on the above proposed closures however it is held whether it be electronically, hard copy or in any form whatsoever.

Thank you for your request received on 11 June 2019 asking for information about the proposed closure of Grove Road.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.

*Please note these modelling outputs are a high level test of the Grove Road access restriction and may not reflect the situation post implementation as further access changes are being proposed as part of the Bow Liveable Neighbourhood (LN). Any access changes in this area need to be well coordinated with the new LN scheme (led by Tower Hamlets) and we will be working together to find the best overall solution. Once we have more details of the LN proposal we will undertake further modelling on both proposals together and this modelling will be included in the LN consultation.
