Car parks no longer under Byelaws

You asked
Please provide a list of all land over the last 5 years which has been transferred , sold , manged or where a leased or any other arrangement is in place which has the effect of transferring the land out from the normal Byelaws management and control. Should this task prove to be tto onerous then alternatively a confirmation from TfL that ALL car parks remain under the management and control of Byelaws will suffice.

Thank you for your email received by us on 25 June 2017 asking for information about car parks which are no longer under by-laws.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. 

Transport for London (TfL) has not disposed of or transferred any car parks during the last five years which have been transferred, sold or managed separately and effectively transferring the land out of normal by-laws.
