Please can you tell me how many people originally applied for the Duty Reliability Manager campaign (017286). How many of those who originally applied were successful into getting to the 1st stage of assessments. How many of those who originally applied were successful in passing the 1st stage and getting to the 2nd stage of assessments. How many where successful from the second stage of assessments and were offered a position. In addition, can you please tell me what the scores were for the candidates who reached the final stage of DRM in both Incident Management Exercise and CBI. Please send this information in an excel document so it is easy to interpret.

Thank you for your email received on 21 June 2017 requesting information about our Duty Reliability Manager recruitment campaign (017286). I apologise for the delay in replying to you.

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our Information Access Policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you requested. You asked:

 

Please can you tell me how many people originally applied for the Duty Reliability Manager campaign (017286)?

579 applications were received.

 

How many of those who originally applied were successful into getting to the 1st stage of assessments?

202 applicants progressed to the 1st stage.

 

How many of those who originally applied were successful in passing the 1st stage and getting to the 2nd stage of assessments?

52 were invited and 46 were processed.

 

How many where successful from the second stage of assessments and were offered a position?

15 candidates were offered a position.

 

In addition, can you please tell me what the scores were for the candidates who reached the final stage of DRM in both Incident Management Exercise and CBI.

Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) some personal data has been removed, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the DPA, specifically the first principle of the DPA which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions of Schedule 2 of the Data Protection Act which would make the processing ‘fair’.

 

This exemption to the right of access to information is an absolute exemption and not subject to an assessment of whether the public interest favours use of the exemption.
