TfL Ref: FOI-0718-1819

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 19 June 2018 asking for information about Congestion Charging revenue.

Your request has been processed in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you requested. You asked:

All net revenue generated by the Congestion Charge since it was implemented in 2003 has been reinvested straight into ongoing investment in the Capital’s transport infrastructure. Application of the revenue which TfL forecasts will be generated in each upcoming year is incorporated into the overall TfL Business Plan. The proposed application of revenue in the years 2009/10 to 2016/17 inclusive is shown in the attached table.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely,

Melissa Nichols
