Our ref: FOI-0706-1718/GH

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 19 June 2017 asking for documents relating to the timetable change on the ELL branch of the Overground.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

ARL operate the London Overground service in line with a specification received from TfL which specifies maximum journey times. In the May timetable some changes have been made to the timetable to comply with the contents of this specification.

This means that when approaching destinations some services benefit from additional minutes in line with this specification. This is aligned to ARL’s performance regime.

Please find attached a copy of the Service Level Commitment of May 2017, which ARL must comply with. No other documents are held.

If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
