Dear FOI Officer, I would like the number of complaints TfL have receive about River Buses speeding. Please include any complaints where complainants called them a different name but essentially were referring to TfL's river bus services. 1. Could I have the number of complaints in the last five years from June 2014 to June 2019. - Could I also have these broken down per year from June to June in a table? 3. Could I also have the number of times the River Buses have been caught speeding from June 2014 to June 2019. Could I have these broken down into how fast the River Bus was going and the speed limit of the zone they were in? -Could I also have the number of times River Buses were speeding broken down per year from June to June in a table? Thank you for your request received on 6 June 2019 asking for information about complaints about River Buses speeding.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

• Could I have the number of complaints in the last five years from June 2014 to June 2019.
• Could I also have these broken down per year from June to June in a table?

We have had one complaint made in February 2019 regarding River Bus speeding. We do not hold information prior to November 2016.

• Could I also have the number of times the River Buses have been caught speeding from June 2014 to June 2019.
• Could I have these broken down into how fast the River Bus was going and the speed limit of the zone they were in?
• Could I also have the number of times River Buses were speeding broken down per year from June to June in a table?
