You asked

Evening im a current third year student at Middlesex University completing my dissertation on yhe topic of detecting oncoming vehicle using sensors on the highway. I have been told some data from Barnet Borough Council and some are under the TFL and Highways Agency so it would be great if you could help me with how many street lights are on Watford Way A41/M1 (Motorway). (This is to follow up on the Middlesex VANET Testbed to calculate a precise RSU Range for my dissertation.) I would highly appreciate the support.
