We answered

Our Ref:         FOI-0650-1920

Thank you for your request received on 3 June 2019 asking for further information about the mean high water spring (MHWS) at the proposed Rotherhithe to Canary Wharf Crossing.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.

To clarify, this was logged as a new request as an answer had been provided to your previous request. Your e-mail of 3 June asks for the value for the ‘central alignment’, where FOI-0367-1920 asked for the value ‘at the proposed bridge location’.

I can confirm, as per our previous response, the project is using the MHWS from West India Pier which is 3.90m above Ordnance Datum, as published by the Port of London Authority (PLA) on their website. For the avoidance of doubt, this level is the same for the proposed bridge location and the central alignment.

If this is not the information you are looking for please feel free to contact me.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
