Specifically you asked:
“Central London Bus Review: how much is the survey costing?”
TfL does not hold a recorded figure for how much the survey cost. The survey was created in-house within our consultation and project team. There were no costs other than staff time, but no record was maintained of how much staff time was taken on the work, and staff would have been working concurrently on other projects.
