I am currently conducting a feasibility assessment for a coffee shop to be situated outside St James Street Station in Waltham Forest.
In order to proceed with accurate information I am looking for data related to passenger numbers in and out of the station and passenger density throughout the day during the week and on weekends.
This is to establish an estimation for potential customer numbers and peak trading hours throughout the day and week.
Any assistance in this regard will be appreciated.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28 June 2021 asking for information about St James Street Overground Station passenger data. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
The report which you may find most useful is the RODS data under the Network Statistics heading which gives annualised entry and exit figures to the end of 2020 by quarter hour for individual stations, including for St James Street Overground station: AC2020_ByQhrEntryExit.xlsx.
Please note that 2021 figures will be published at the same link in 2022.
