Many thanks for sending these documents. However, I am looking for details of a particular defect that doesn't seem to be listed on your reports. On the 20th November 2018 there were large holes in the road in Roehampton Lane, roughly between no.166 and Clarence Lane.
I'd be grateful if you could provide the history report of when these defects were reported and identified, as well as the works order for their repair.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27 May 2019 asking for further information about defects on Roehampton Lane.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
We have now investigated our defect reports which come through Customer Services and found something near the location (please see attached) – this was reported and fixed.
Whilst this was earlier than November it is the only report we can identify which fits the description you have provided.
If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.
If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
