Thank you for your request received on 4 July 2020 asking for copies of bus accessibility booklets.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require.

Please find attached the Thinking Outside the Bus 2013 brochure. We do not hold a copy of London’s Accessible Bus Network 2012. However, we have attached something similar as that may be of interest.

Please note that both of these documents reflect what was current at that time and, since then, much has changed and been improved over successive years.
