I would like to know the number of calls you receive to the number 0800 40 50 40 that can be attributed to the announcement 'See it Say it Sorted'.
From this data, I would like to know the number of calls that are real and report matters that would affect people's safety.
From this data, I would like to know the number of actions that are taken in response to these calls.
The announcement is played every 10minutes. I would like to see the data and evidence to suggest that the announcement, played every 10 minutes, is (1) necessary in its frequency and (2) achieving its aims.

Your questions are answered in turn below:
Question 1) I would like to know the number of calls you receive to the number 0800 40 50 40 that can be attributed to the announcement 'See it Say it Sorted'.
Answer: I am afraid that TfL does not hold the requested information. The 0800 40 50 40 number is not operated by TfL. Rather, this is the general number for the British Transport Police (BTP). You may therefore wish to direct your question to that body. FOI requests to the BTP can be made via its website here:
