Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. You asked:
- if there had been communication in the past about the boundary fence and gate for my property (REDACTED)
when the first communication dates from (a year is sufficient)
We hold some information. Our Customer Service team checked their records going back to January 2018, and found one case which relates to land near the address you provided, dated 16 August 2021. Please note this wouldn’t include any correspondence with TfL’s property/legal teams if this is about a claim or a dispute.
