Please publish a spreadsheet showing monthly statistics of the average waiting times for calls to London Dial-A-Ride's call centre (bookings department), alongside the number of abandoned calls each month and the number of calls received each month. We are interested in the figures in last 10 years - so 2010 - 2020.
