1. Details of any incidents, including the number of said incidents, in the 12 months preceding 1st June 2021 whereby demands for payment by TfL have erroneously been made in relation to ULEZ charging.
2. Where there have been erroneous charges made in relation to ULEZ charging, details relating to how these incidents were resolved.
3. Disclosure of information about systems errors with any relevant TfL databases and systems that have been identified and which have caused any erroneous demands for payments to be made.

Thank you for your email which we received on 23 June 2021 asking for information about penalty charge notices (PCNs).
The first part of your request is being processed under the Data Protection legislation as you have asked for information that relates to yourself. A response will be sent to you under a separate cover. Your second part of the request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. We do not hold information on the number of times the website may give out incorrect information regarding payments or the number of PCNs incorrectly issued. We only hold cancellation and representation reasons. Finally, for question 3 it still isn’t clear what you are asking for. We could provide you with information on our processes if this is something that would be of interest to you.
