TEL0199415 An engineering company has requested to switch out the signals but no reason given for this switch out in the fault text but I assume is for digging up the road to carry out some repairs. The engineering company arranged for a third party contractor to provide temporary signals during the switch out. TfL contractor engineer attended site at 21:55 switched out the signals and placed orange bags on top of the signal heads so the permanent signals don’t get confused with the temporary signals. TfL Contractor engineer returned to site at 23:37 restored signals and removed the orange bags. The third party contactor removed temporary signals from site.

TEL0203303 One of the intelligent transport system operations officer ITSO carries out daily checks on the traffic sensors connected to TfL system across London. The system has flagged that two sensors are permanently switched on which is not the normal operation of these sensors. These traffic sensors should only come on when a car passes over them. The officer sent out a fault to TfL contractor to investigate the reason for this fault and carry out the necessary repairs.

TEL0204598 There are 17 signal poles installed at this site. And the red/amber/green head on pole 8 has been hit by a vehicle and the green aspect has been broken and is being removed from the pole for safety reasons but signal still operational and the signal head will require replacing.

TEL0204603 One of the traffic sensors on top of the signal pole number 10 is out of alignment but the reason caused the alignment issue wasn’t mentioned in the fault text. Engineer attended site and realigned sensor and checked operation and all was ok.

TEL0204881 The fault described under fault TEL0204598 has caused the fault monitoring software in the controller box to report back to TfL fault desk that there is an issue with the red/amber/green aspects on site. This fault was closed down because its already being dealt with under the original fault TEL0204598

TEL0205773 A request has been made to the contractor to attend site and check that pole number 8 has a direct electrical connection from the controller box and if not to make this direct connection. Engineer attended site and confirmed that pole 8 has already a direct connection, So this fault was closed down with no further action required.
