Please could you tell me exactly why the tree at the Farringdon Road / Rosebery Avenue junction (EC1) is not being replanted at the next opportunity, contrary to TfL policy?
Please also provide a copy of the written assessment of the site, and the relevant contact details in the Highways Team.
This TfL decision affects local residents, and should be properly justified. You have provided no useful information so far, despite several requests.
I will be making a formal complaint about your handling of this matter, unless I receive a sensible reply.
