Please see the attached documents which contain details we hold of all sign amendments covering the period of your request - the particular ones you have asked for are referred to within the documents. Please expand the column widths to see the data within them where necessary. Please note that the ‘install date’ refers to the date when the stickers were applied immediately prior to the changes going live. We don’t hold the actual times that the signs were individually amended on the install dates. Please also note that ‘AIS’ stands for Advance Informatory Sign - these are the signs some distance from the zone boundary on the radial approaches that indicate the distance to the zone. These are typically at half a mile and then 2 miles, 5 miles, 9 miles depending on the status of the roads.

Our Road User Charging Team within TfL is responsible for updating the restrictions and the replacement of the signs; these are updated and amended as and when needed.

If you are considering submitting a further FOI request please think carefully about whether the request is essential at this current time, as answering FOI requests will require the use of limited resources and the attention of staff who could be supporting other essential activity. Where requests are made, please note that our response time may be impacted by the current situation.
