I've looked on online, but it's not clear where Bus Operator Nominee Passes (prefix 004) can be used.
Please clarify where they can be used, specifically which c2c routes if any, does it include London Overground up to zone 9.

Thank you for your request of 25th May 2021 asking for information about the use of the Bus Nominee pass.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:

I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Please find attached the conditions of use for the Bus Nominee pass. Section 4 specifies where the pass can be used, as follows:
All TfL rail services; operated by London Underground, Docklands Light Railway, London Overground, TfL Rail and Tramlink (except for any special services e.g. Steam Specials or Rail Tours)
London’s bus services displaying the red or white roundel on the front and any other bus service where TfL fares apply.
It is not valid on any National Rail service
