I note from the London Datastore that data relating to the number of daily hires for the Santander Bicycle Hire Scheme is currently reported. Please see the following URL for the relevant dataset:

I would like to request that this dataset be disaggregated by user type. Specifically, I would like to request the number of hires per day since scheme introduction to present day by:
[a] annual members of the scheme who made use of a fob to access bikes
[b] users of the scheme who made use of the Santander Cycles app to access bikes
[c] users of the scheme who made use of a debit/credit card at the terminal to access bikes

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require.
Please find the requested information attached. Please note the following:
• Data at this level of detail is only available from 1 January 2012
• We have also included additional data covering 24 hour members using a key
• There will be some hires not counted in the attached information, there are a number which were made using an old 7 day access period, some using a free access period when we have had promotions and some which have an ‘unknown’ access period status
