I am reliably informed that two new OSIs have been set up since the file at https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/out-of-station-interchanges was last updated. I'm therefore asking for details under the Freedom of Information Act. The OSIs in question are Aldgate to Aldgate East and between the Suburban and Inter City platforms at Paddington NR. I'd like to know the time allowed in each direction and when they were set up. I'd also like confirmation as to whether any other OSIs have been added/changed/deleted since the last update. I am fully aware that staff time for FOI requests is at a premuim in the current situation. I hope that this request does not require too much effort, but I confirm that I do want to make this request and am not prepared to wait until the situation eases. Updating the spreadsheet online and letting me know that it has been done will be sufficient.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 26^th May 2020 asking for information about out-of-station interchanges.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked:

It is not the case that OSIs have been introduced since the document referenced above was last updated. A new OSI is being configured for interchange between Aldgate and Aldgate East but this has not been implemented yet. The intention is for this to go live on 16 June. The time set for interchange in either direction will be ten minutes. There is no intention to introduce an OSI between “the Suburban and Inter City platforms at Paddington NR”. In relation to your last question, there have been no changes to OSI configuration since the last version of the list on the website was published.
