TfL Ref: 0273-1819
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 3 May 2018 asking for information about bus accidents.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
We encourage full reporting of incidents from our contracted bus operators regardless of how minor damage might have been.
The information you asked for is available on our website using the following link: https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/bus-safety-data. Please go to our quarterly safety data and open up the final dataset tab, which lists all the collisions and filter on the garage column to select only Fulwell. You will need to review each quarter to extract the data you want.
The data is prime face i.e. reporting immediately or shortly after it occurs so it will not include the outcome of investigation which could be concluded many months afterwards. The operators are the main lead on investigations as they employ the drivers and procure the vehicles. We do not hold these reports but where they are fatalities we monitor the outcomes and there are also published at http://content.tfl.gov.uk/fatal-investigation-report.pdf.
In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.
If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.
Yours sincerely
