Hi good afternoon I am interested on the use of AI for staff management on the Elizabeth Line since it opened. I am interested on any reviews into how effective the AI is.
Hi good evening I mean by management of staff to make sure there there is sufficient staff to run the trains and the stations as well as the control rooms.

Thank you for your clarified request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28 April 2023 asking for information about the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for staff management on the Elizabeth line.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. You asked: I am interested on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for staff management on the Elizabeth Line since it opened. I am interested on any reviews into how effective the AI is – (management of staff refers to making sure there is sufficient staff to run the trains and the stations as well as the control rooms).
We do not hold the information you have requested as we don’t use any AI for staff management on the Elizabeth line.
