Request ID: FOI-0266-2122 Date published: 26 May 2021
You asked
To whom it may concern,
Could you please provide me with information on the status of any plans TfL has to re-develop the Parsons Green Depot? My husband and I are seriously considering purchasing a property adjacent to it (14 Harbledown Road). We are aware that in 2015 TfL submitted an application for planning permission (2015/05287/OUT). We read that this application was refused in 2016 and TfL released a press release at the time indicating the application would be amended and re-submitted. We have not been able to identify any information since. We are not opposed to the development and in fact think it would likely result in a better alternative to the derelict warehouse that currently occupies the site. However, as any plans by TfL would impact our home greatly, we would be grateful for your providing an update on whether TfL intends to re-develop the site and if so, when.
Thank you very much in advance.
