Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 7 May 2021, asking for a list of TfL bus routes with journey length and journey time.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.
Please find attached scheduled distances (in metres) and scheduled running times (in minutes) of standard, school, mobility and temporary bus routes, grouped by direction and day type. The spreadsheet is based on 07/05/2021 - 09/05/2021 data.
Please note 24-hour routes are reported separately as day routes and night routes.
We have included the number of scheduled trips for each direction as there are quite a few routes with selected shorter or longer trips. Each record is clearly marked with the first and last stops of each trip pattern.
The scheduled running times are shown as minimum, maximum and average running times per each trip pattern. This is because early morning / late evening trips are scheduled to run faster than day time trips.
If you are considering submitting a further request please think carefully about whether the request is essential at this current time, as answering FOI/EIR requests will require the use of limited resources and the attention of staff who could be supporting other essential activity. Where requests are made, please note that our response time may be impacted by the current situation.
