I request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 All of Transport for London's Skeleton Legal Arguments as an Interested Party in the following 3 court hearings. 1) Eventech Ltd v The Parking Adjudicator. Judicial Review at the High Court in 2012 2) Eventech Ltd v The Parking Adjudicator. Appeal Court in April 2013 3) Eventech Ltd v The Parking Adjudicator; European Court of Justice 2014; judgment handed down in January 2015. Please send all TfL Skeleton Arguments appertaining to and supporting their defence against the Eventech Ltd cases. The cases are widely referred to as 'The Addison Lee Bus Lane case' I look forward to your reply and receiving the documents

Thank you for your email of 20th May 2020 asking for copies of the TfL skeleton legal arguments in the Addison Lee Bus Lane case.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

Specifically you asked:
