I am putting in a FOI Request regarding the Independant Suburban Review that TFL commissioned in 2015.
1) would like to see the results & recomendations that TFL were sent after review was completed.
2) any corespondence between TFL and taxi orgs discussing findings/results
3) the reasons why NO recomendations were implemented by TFL?
4) who made these decisions

Thank you for your email received on 24 April asking for information about our Suburban Action Plan.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we do not hold the information you require. An independent suburban taxi review as you have described was not carried out. In 2015 Transport for London published its Suburban Action Plan which set out the review process that was carried out and the subsequent steps we would take in the coming years.
