FOI request detail

A316 Speed Cameras

Request ID: FOI-0193-1718
Date published: 12 May 2017

You asked

Since the introduction of the average speed cameras on the A316 between Twickenham and the start of the M3, how many people have been caught speeding as I travel on this road twice a day and I see many drivers far exceeding the speed limits. The number of cars breaking the law seems to be increasing daily, clearly these cameras are not deterring them.
