Please provide me with detailed data concerning fatalities involving TfL - contracted Bus Services for the period 1 April 2007 - 31 March 2017, specifically: · Month when Fatal Incident occurred · Borough where Fatal Incident occurred · Age of Victim (elderly, adult, youth, child) · Sex of Victim, Travel Mode of Victim (i.e, passenger, pedestrian, cyclist, 3rd party motorist, etc) · Type of Incident (slip/fall, collision, assault, other) · Name of Bus Subcontractor Involved · Route of Bus Subcontractor Involved Where relevant, indicate whether or not Bus was Out-of-Service & for which route Information as to whether Bus Driver was prosecuted by CPS Information as to whether Bus Driver was convicted For the avoidance of doubt, the information I'm asking for above is the same TfL already provided in FOI-1083-1516. However, for the 2015/16 and 2016/17 Data, where possible please also include columns showing: · Name of Bus Garage of Bus involved in Fatal Incident · Make, Model and Year of Bus involved in Fatal Incident · Name of overall Owner of Bus Subcontractor Involved
