You asked: We kindly request the date of your last pre-accident inspection of this location, the frequency of inspections, how inspections are carried out (on foot or slow moving vehicle) and confirmation if any defects were noted at the time of your last pre-accident inspection. Please can you provide a copy of the inspection records and finally, have any Section 81 Notices been issued to our Client? Please find attached the inspection report for the required section of South Lambeth Road. The report shows the dates of all the inspections that took place in 2019. We have also provided the defect report for the same period. This shows the defects identified with description, date, defect type and repair status. We haven’t located any Sections 81 or notices sent to Thames Water at this location from 1 January 2019 to date.
