Can you please provide the Capacity or Load Status (or whatever the equivilent of the data available to the line controller or TrackerNet to determine how full a train is) of each individual train at Gloucester Road station (Circle and District line, Eastbound only required) on Monday the 16th of April 2018 between 8am and 9am.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 21 April 2018 asking for information about trains at Gloucester Road Station.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the specific information you require. We do not hold the specific information on train loadings at Gloucester Road Station as requested (Trackernet does not have this capability on the Circle or District Lines). The Service Controller is charged with delivering a safe and efficient timetabled train service whilst meeting London Undergrounds rule book. Should a delay occur on the railway, a controller will ask signallers to start regulating the train service to alleviate any crowding issues that could occur.
