Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 21 April 2022 asking for information about London Underground Customer Service Assistant recruitment.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for the following:

When recruitment for CSA  role will start  in 2022?

We can advise that Transport for London is still working through its existing recruitment campaign, which went live in 2021. 

We have a successful talent pool in place, which will potentially see us through the whole of 2022, unless demand changes. Hence, we do not plan to go live with a Customer Service Assistant campaign for quite some time.
