Thank you for your request received by us on 20 April 2022 asking for information about bus transit times for bus routes in the Crystal Palace area of south east London.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act / and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for the following:
You have kindly made available via other FOIs information detailing the average bus transit times for; morning and afternoon peak times; intermediate peak times; and 12h average from 7-7pm, and showing in context for the month.
I need similar bus transit times for the 13 bus routes that meet at Crystal Palace to assess the impact from the Wireless Festival that took place during September 10, 11th and 12th September 2021. This was when the Wireless Festival event caused severe local area congestion to these bus routes at Crystal Palace district town Centre and buses using the Crystal Palace bus station.
This covers the following buses:
3, 157, 322, 122, 202, 227, 249, 358, 363, 410, 417, 432, 450,
And covers the following Crystal Palace bus stops:
Crystal Palace Parade: A, D, B, C
Anerley Hill, E, F
Westow Hill, K
Church Road, G,
Westow Street, H
