We answered

TfL Ref:  0120-1718

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17 April 2017 asking for information about how many days the TfL Rail line has operated a full service where trains have been able to call at all stations on the line and also the overall % this equates to.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require.

Please see attached which shows a Y/N mark on each row to show if a full timetable was planned to run on each date. Two sheets are included, one counts the Shenfield to Brentwood engineering works as a closure and one does not. The justification for not counting the Monday to Friday Shenfield engineering works as a closure is that this was the full planned timetable for the period.

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.

Yours sincerely
