Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.

 

Please find below the details of every incidence of downtime on the Emirates Air Line between 1 January 2016 and 18 April 2017.

 

The period for which information has been requested covers two winter seasons. For the most recent 12 month period, downtime due to poor weather amounted to 1.1% of scheduled operating time.
