Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 11 April and following clarification, 17 April 2023, asking for information about Penalty Charge Notices.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked:

How many penalty charge notices did TfL issue from 27 January 2023 to 30 January 2023 in the parking bay while it was suspended, due to nearby road works ref; TCSR/2023/0027,

Parking bay is on London road, outside Nos 1487 To 1493 Near its junction with Fairview road,

A23 GLA Road in the London borough of Croydon

The bay outside numbers 1487 To 1493 London Road was suspended from 27 – 30 January 2023. This meant that there was no stopping allowed in the bay at any time during this period. Signage was installed to reflect the suspension.  

We can advise that between 27 January 2023 and 30 January 2023, there were 37 PCNs issued for contraventions at this location.
