The reports attached show the action reference number, the details of what was checked and any comments that were made by the surveyor. • The list of safety inspections carried out on that section of road for the last 3 years • The list of defects recorded for that section of road for the last 3 years (to note none of these are related to trees) • The application for the tree removal dated February 2021 made to our internal Green Estate Management team.
