With the availability of paypal, money transfer, FPS etc, it is unnecessary to retain employee remuneration when it can be paid from the payroll system instantly for the work they have just done. This request is directed at those managing strategy or outsourcing for the payroll system function for HR. Please provide consultation, ideas and proposals for paying staff on a daily basis direct to bank.
