I have been trying to find a list of Postcodes which will be affected by the ULEZ changes coming in soon. I work for a small Quaker Charity that collects, recycles and delivers furniture to people on a low income. We need to plan to work around the zone and I was wondering if you have the raw data of postcodes inside the new Zone in csv/xls format that I could add TO and check against our database

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy.  I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked:

I have been trying to find a list of Postcodes which will be affected by the ULEZ changes coming in soon.

The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) which commenced on 8 April,  operates within the same area as the Congestion Charge zone.

Please find the attached spreadsheet of postcodes in the Congestion Charge zone as these mirror the ULEZ boundaries.
