I would like to refine FOI-3328-1819/GH. I want to know:
1. How many prosecutions have been brought against taxis broken down by Hackney Carriages and PHVs and how many of those were successful.
2. What is the total, by month, of the fines gained from these prosecutions?
I want both of these broken down by month and by the smallest possible area from the beginning of 2018 to the most recent possible data.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 1 April 2019 asking for information about prosecutions relating to taxis and private hire vehicles and associated fines and court costs.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. You have asked, since January 2018:
- How many prosecutions have been brought against taxis broken down by Hackney Carriages and PHVs and how many of those were successful.
- What is the total, by month, of the fines gained from these prosecutions?
