You asked

I hereby submit a Freedom of Information request for the following: • Shift patterns for Customer Service Assistants 1 and 2 (CSAs) at the following Cover Groups on the London Underground: o Victoria Centre o Bakerloo South o Jubilee South It is acknowledged that shift patterns for CSAs do vary across the Cover Groups on the Underground. However, it is submitted that this request is specific in nature. Please also include the non working days for the aforementioned shift patterns.

Our ref: FOI-0012-2122/GH Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 1 April 2021 asking for information about shift patterns for Customer Service Assistants Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. Please see attached the extracts from the current Area rosters within each of the 3 Cover Groups listed, containing the CSA1 and CSA2 rosters/shift patterns and showing the working and non-working (rest) days: Victoria Centre (Euston, Green Park and Victoria Areas) Bakerloo South (Elephant & Castle, Charing Cross, Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Circus Areas) Jubilee South (Waterloo and London Bridge Areas) If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.
