Historic Royal Palaces - 2 for 1 ticket offer - Terms and conditions

A list of the terms and conditions for participating in the 2 for 1 ticket offer for Hampton Court Palace and Tower of London.
  • By customers purchasing one (1) full-price adult ticket, they are entitled to receive another individual ticket free
  • The offer is available for up to 3 full-price adult tickets and 3 free tickets, within the one transaction
  • The offer applies to standard daytime admissions only and is not valid for evening events
  • To qualify for the offer, one person from each party must show proof of travel via the TfL Oyster and Contactless app at the ticket office, which must be downloaded and logged into in advance
  • The offer must be claimed in person at either the Tower of London or the Hampton Court Palace ticket office and is not available online
  • One purchase applies to one palace only, and the free ticket cannot be used at a different palace
  • Discount valid 7 days a week on days that the palaces are open (check the Historic Royal Palaces website for more details) and is subject to the restrictions below
  • If the visit slot is full at the time of arrival due to necessary capacity limits, the visitor(s) will need to wait until the next available time slot
  • The coupon is not valid alongside any other offers
  • Please check offer valid dates before your visit as they may be subject to change

  • 21-29 October 2023, half term
